Introduction

This is an introduction in the correct usage of the Redweb Offender I.D. Spray product. This is a certifed training course by the NCFE awarding body. We are the only training provider in the country that is acredited to offer this course.

What is Redweb Offender I.D. Spray

Redweb devices deploy a highly visible forensic dye containing unique encrypted DNA, assisting in the identification and linking of a criminal to a crime scene. The system is supported by a robust and independently verified evidential chain, and innovative detection technology.

By the end of this course you will be able to;

• Understand how the redweb product works to identify offenders.
• Explain the relevant laws regarding its use.
• Identify the basic component parts of the hand-held device.
• Show a practical understanding of how to use the device in stressful situations.
• Understand the importance of proper justification and reporting.
