About Cert

The CERT centre is a revolutionary idea bringing the areas of conservation, education, research and training together in one area to create a fully sustainable, environmentally beneficial community project that generates extensive employment and education opportunities for young people in and around the surrounding areas.

CTP-OSAT came up with the unique concept of the CERT centre when trying to figure out a way of improving the delivery of education and training in the UK while combining conservation of the local area and research into climate change and the environment. The result was an innovative way of getting young people inspired to learn as well as educating local communities and visitors to key environmental issues.
